Our mold workshop is equipped with a total of 30 sets of precision machining equipment, covering the complete mold manufacturing workflow from rough machining to finishing.

High-Speed CNC Machining

EDM & Wire Cut Machining

Precision Grinding & Milling

• ● Ensures flatness & parallelism of mold plates and inserts

Our injection workshop features 40 molding machines (55T‑1000T), supporting precision single‑color & two‑component molding, achieving ±0.05 mm tolerance on critical features.

General Hydraulic Molding

High-precision Electric Molding
